Ingredients for 4 people:

360 gr of Soqquadri Verrigni Trebbiatura 2011 grano san carlo
6 zucchini
1 small white onion
1 tea bag
320 gr of shrimp
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of chili powder
A small piece of organic lemon zest
Extra virgin olive oil, Terre di Grifonetto Monocultivar Dolce Agogia
Salt
