A centuries-old heritage to enhance and protect
Immersed in the enchanting Umbrian landscape, our olive groves are a captivating blend of ancient specimens and modern production plants, belonging to our family for many generations. From typical local varieties such as Dolce Agogia, Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino, we obtain genuine extra virgin oils, rich in authentic aromas and flavors, offered in three different intensities.
Every production phase is meticulously followed, from cultivation to the olive harvest, carried out with mechanical aids at the right moment of ripeness. The process continues with cold pressing within 12-24 hours of harvesting and culminates in the bottling of the oil. We are aware that only through careful work can we achieve the best results.
