  • Verdure in pinzimonio with Terre di Grifonetto extra virgin olive oil and hazelnuts
  • Torta al testo with crudo
  • Pizza al formaggio with salame norcino
  • Fritture miste di verdure e panzerotti
  • Gastronomiche al tonno e nocciola
  • Pancaciato alla nocciola e capocollo

Primi:

  • Risotto al radicchio e mascarpone with a dusting of hazelnuts
  • Fusilli con guanciale, porro e nocciola

Secondo:

  • Coscio di tacchino disossato e farcito con salsiccia e nocciola
