New line of cookies with extra virgin olive oil

Terre di Grifonetto presents the new line of handcrafted biscuits made with extra virgin olive oil in 4 flavors:

  • Cioccolotti with chocolate, hazelnut, and orange peel
  • Cantuccetti with whole wheat flour and almonds
  • Teneri Cuori with apple and raisin filling
  • Grifoncelli with chili and chocolate filling

The biscuits are completely butter-free, replaced by our Monocultivar Dolce Agogia, an extra virgin olive oil with a delicate flavor that allows for a soft and light pastry. The selection of raw materials is meticulous, ensuring a high-quality product. Available in a 200g format.

The fourteenth edition of Taste, the exhibition dedicated to the excellence of taste and food lifestyle, returns to the stage at Stazione Leopolda in Florence.

Terre di Grifonetto awaits you at booth B36 to introduce the line of handcrafted butter-free cookies, as well as offerings of savory snacks always based on extra virgin olive oil. A great innovation will be the introduction of gluten-free options. Of course, our extra virgin olive oils will be available, aromatic and balanced, ready to be tasted!

From October 15 to 17, 2016, we will be present at the fifth edition of Milano Golosa, the festive happening where you can meet and engage with experts in the realm of gastronomic pleasure. It’s a village of flavors where geographical and cultural distances are reduced, and everything is within reach of hand or palate.

“In this fifth edition, we will go beyond the plate, exploring the origin, and what is found within it. Because in the kitchen, there is an increasing search for the integrity of the raw material, an idea of purity to be preserved. It will be a three-day event of meetings, workshops, and recipes for a gastronomic narrative that puts the concept of purity in the kitchen and the importance of ingredient quality at its center.”
