The Senses

Color: light green with golden reflections.
Smell: herbaceous fruity with a delicate scent of freshly cut grass and lettuce
Taste: in the mouth, it is contained and soft. The light bitter notes and the gradually increasing spiciness close with soft and almond tones.

Pairings

Perfect for seafood appetizers, fish carpaccio, first courses with mollusks or shellfish, grilled vegetables, vegetable fry-ups, fresh soft pasta cheeses, biscuits, and baked sweets.

The Senses

Color: dark and brilliant green
Smell: intense herbaceous fruity, broad and enveloping. It has rich vegetable scents of thistle and artichoke.
Taste: even in the mouth, it is characterized by an artichoke heart. The pronounced bitterness intertwines with a decisive and increasing spiciness.

Pairings

Bruschette, tomato salads, boiled vegetables, legume soups, bluefish, baked and grilled red meats, fresh stretched-curd cheeses.

The bag in tube is made of a rigid cardboard outer tube, with a sealed lid and base, and a cord handle. Inside the tube, there is a double-layered bag with a tap for dispensing extra virgin olive oil. Once the tamper-evident tab is removed, a gentle pressure on the tap is enough to extract the desired amount of liquid.

Ideal for gifts and family use.
